Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Natural Pet Store. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders under 1.9kg are processed within 2-3 business days as standard and all orders over 1.9kg are processed within 1 -2 working day as standard. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments other than those on a next day upgrade option may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

We use Royal Mail tracked 48 for all standard deliveries and DHL tracked next day for all express orders.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

The Natural Pet Store is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy

We currently do not ship outside the UK.

Returns/Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, for store credit or an exchange.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email us: hello@thenaturalpetstore.co.uk.

Place the item securely in its original packaging, remembering to include your name and order number, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.  Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us if your item is faulty.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, replacement or exchange.  Refunds will be returned to the original payment method you used during the purchase.

Please allow at least 5 working days from the receipt of your item to process your refund, replacement or exchange.  For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
